The hotel has a great location, close to some main attractions and with easy access to public transportation. the staff is friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any questions or needs. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a good variety of options.
The facilities need some improvement. the room was lacking some basic amenities such as enough towels and pillows.

Our stay at this place was great! It was the perfect spot to explore around. the shower, robes, and towels were really useful. the staff in charge was doing a good job, providing attentive service all the time. 🌟

The Christmas decoration was beautiful and there was a cozy atmosphere. The location was great, a stone's throw away from the main attraction. The buffet breakfast had a decent variety of dishes with fresh fruits and hot coffee.
The room was dusty with dirty linens that were not changed frequently. The bathroom was in urgent need of a deep clean.

The location was perfect, close to the Dargah and away from the busy market. Our room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family of five. The rooftop garden added a special touch to our stay. The hotel staff were friendly and the food was delicious. We were satisfied with the 24x7 service and felt it was worth the value. we would recommend this hotel for mid-budget travelers.
